Our plan is to double our size over the next two years and to support our growth, we are recruiting a Marketing and Sales Assistant who is energetic, enthusiastic, artistic, well-organised, a team player, innovative and has a genuine hunger for success.
Once we have ensured you have a good understanding of UltraSoft, the focus of the role will be on creating brand awareness through a well thought out marketing strategy. You will be responsible for all aspects of marketing and support the sales team in any way you can. You must have no fear of using the phone.

As the Marketing & Sales Assistant, you will have responsibility to work with sales team and formulate and execute marketing strategy for the company. You will identify business opportunities and build our company profile through social media, of which you will have a sound knowledge of. You will assist with the development of the annual marketing plans and ensure that all content and materials that are produced under your guidance are appropriate for the UltraSoft brand.
- Drive outbound marketing campaigns and improve inbound lead qualification
- Run promotions & email campaigns , attend exhibitions/conferences
- Ensure CRM system is fully up to date with comprehensive information
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations where necessary
- Understand sales process and administration
- Deliver outstanding Customer Service
The right candidate will ideally have suitable experience in the marketing arena. You will have strong presentation skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of clients. An affinity to technology is a must, as is the ability to balance and manage priorities to meet business objectives. You will need to be cooperative, adaptable and flexible, always maintaining a positive attitude.
